ABOUT US
Felsen is a tailoring and costume making shop headed by Marvin Schlichting in Toronto Ontario. With over 40 years experience of creating both historical and contemporary mens wear for Opera, Ballet, Musical theatre, Film and Television.
Felsen is small shop that creates custom finely crafted and hand finished garments.
We serve both Canadian and international productions.
SERVICES
DRAPING AND PATTERN CREATION
With a complete set of actor measurments and a design we drape the costume for the performer.
ALTERATIONS
After the first fitting we take the garment to completion including the alterations noted from the fitting.
FITTINGS
For local productions we offer a fitting of our garments. With current pandemic restrictions we are also amenable to providing measurement sheets for you to measure actors remotely. And are able to do most alterations from a pinned garment, photographs and notes.
